In June we will hold a uniform swap day where parents can bring in outgrown items of uniform and replace them If you have an old uniform that your child has grown out of, or they are moving on to a new school or secondary, we would be delighted to receive it as a donation. The Department of Education and Skills recently developed an individualised database of primary school children, called the Primary Online Database (POD). The Department issued a letter earlier this year which outlines the reasoning behind the collection of data as well as link to FAQ’s and further information. Pupils from 4th, 5th and 6th Classes travelled to St Vincent’s Secondary School this morning to see their Transition Year Show “Bring It On!”. The plot of the musical centres on Torrance Shipman, who inherits the position of captain on her high school’s cheerleading squad and attempts to lead her team to a sixth national title.
