We are delighted to advise that the 4th Class Sleepout at the end of last month raised €5,416.56 for the Dundalk Simon Community.
This will be formally presented to them by the pupils when they come to visit the school later this month.
Many thanks to the parents of 4th class pupils for trusting us by allowing your children to participate (either in school or at home) in this wonderful learning opportunity for the plight of the homeless, and to all the St Francis families and staff who so generously sponsored the children.
As in previous years, we are grateful to The Dundalk Lions Club for their financial donation in support of our fundraiser.
We hope each child is very proud of themselves for taking part in such a worthy cause.
