We were practicing the play for a few weeks. On Wednesday it was the big day. We had to do the real play, but first we had to do our play to the whole school! Then we had to do the scary bit… The real play in front of our parents. 8 people had microphones. Everybody laughed at the ugly sisters! And at our costumes and lines. Our parents enjoyed the play! We all gained confidence which is the key! And to not be scared when seeing 200+ kids and adults.

Yesterday my class and I put on our play. It was called Alas in Blunderland. There were lots of characters (I was Buttons). Some people wore makeup. There were lots of people there. People were laughing. It was funny. It was an excellent play and I want to do it again. I loved it. It made me feel great. I am proud of myself and the class.

Our school play made everyone laugh. It was fun. We had an evil queen, Cinderella, Snow White and the seven dwarfs. The two ugly sisters were boys and everyone found them funny. I was the Fairy God Mother. My mam and dad thought it was great. We all did a good job.
