We are thrilled to show off our new Halls of Fun on the upstairs and downstairs corridors of the main school building.
This project has been wholly funded by the Parents’ Association of St Francis NS from the September Well-Come week fundraiser.
Many thanks in particular to Aoife and Joanne on the PA for overseeing this project, and to Miss Lundy for coordinating it in school.
Halls of Fun provides Sensory Paths and Sensory Trails for pupils to use in what is otherwise wasted space. The paths have been tailored to the space we have available and the needs of our pupils and gives a new lease of life and real purpose to the corridors. In times of bad weather Halls of Fun can be used as an active space or sensory hallway indoors.
